The information provided by you will be processed for recruitment purposes. The recipients of the data will be :

• Dietsmann Recruitment Department
• Dietsmann Personnel Department
• Other relevant Dietsmann staff (Project Manager/Country Manager)
• In some cases our client

In accordance with the French Data Protection Law of 6 January 1978, as amended in 2004, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, you have the right to access your data, request us to delete your data, correct any inaccuracies and/or restrict our processing of your data. We inform you that our recruitment process includes psychometric tests in accordance with the Labour Code.

The results of these tests will be communicated to you on your request. Please note that your data will be computerized and will be retained for a period of 24 months after the last contact with you. We will treat your data as confidential at all times.
