MISSIONS

Working with the Manager of the Department, you join the Inspection/Integrity team in order to contribute to our various international projects for our major clients in the Oil & Gas sector.

 

 1/ Organize, lead and perform the Inspection studies:

  • Define the rules, procedures, work processes and include them in the documentation for the contract execution.
  • Lead and participate to the planned activities:
  • Input data preparation
  • Search and analyze the national legislation applicable to the country concerned by the contract
  • Classify equipment and create the asset registers
  • Define and implement the inspection’s strategy by type of equipment, in accordance with the Inspection philosophies.
  • Analyze the input documentation to recover the inspection data.
  • Study the specific RBI (Risk Based Inspection) data.
  • Ensure the validity, the traceability and the coherence of the input documentation.

2/ RBI study preparation:

  • Define the roles and the responsibilities for the RBI study execution.
  • Define the mitigation matrix.
  • Define the fluids.
  • Define the needed assumptions.
  • Define the inspection methodology to be implemented on-site.

3/ RBI study performance:

  • Record RBI’s reports.
  • Prepare Inspection audits.
  • Produce the mark-ups on PFD and PID.
  • Check and update the line list according to the validated PID.
  • Group lines into piping groups.
  • Sort out and record the isometrics in native format.
  • Create the specific drawings with the specific measuring points
  • Create the Written Scheme of Examination.
  • Define the specific tools and prepare the inspection plan
  • Compile the results of the baseline.
  • Reporting and follow-up
  • Insure the activities progress follow-up (weekly and monthly reporting).
  • Check and validate the deliverables before issuance to COMPANY.

4/ Organize, lead and perform the Integrity studies (SECE/AIMS)

Define the rules, procedures, work processes and include them in the documentation for the contract execution. Lead and participate to the planned activities:

  • Identify and validate the input documentation (Risks Studies, safety concepts, evacuation plans, emergency plans).
  • Identify the SECE categories.
  • Develop the performance standards.
  • Identify the SECE at functional location level in the hierarchy breakdown.
  • Develop the SECE measuring points and the acceptance criteria.
  • In interface with the others technical departments, integrate the additional SECE tasks in the Inspection and Maintenance plan.
  • Insure the activities progress follow-up (weekly and monthly reporting).
  • Check and validate the deliverables before issuance to COMPANY.

5/ Organize, lead and perform template loading (GMAO)

  • Organize, plan and coordinate the template loading activities in the GMAO software.
  • Support to management.
  • You also bring your support to the Inspection & Integrity Manager, in his daily activities: planning, projects meetings, customers meetings, interface with the other technical departments (maintenance, spare parts, and documentation) …

Our job offer is based in Toulouse / Basso Cambo (France, Occitanie) – permanent contract.

 

PROFILE

  • Fluent in French and English (reading/writing).
  • BAC+5 / Master degree or Engineer school, specialized in Inspection of Industrial sites, Process engineering, Chemistry, Materials or Physical Measures, you justify of at least a first successful experience in Inspection or Inspection methods.
  • Good level in Excel and correct technical English are imperative for this activity.
  • Experience of 1 year in Inspection or Engineering Inspection or operational activities, preferably oil and gas sector.
  • Position based in Toulouse (France).
  • Permanent contract.
  • Knowledge of CMMS tools is a plus.
