Reporting to the Cost Manager, you will work in close collaboration with the Design team and our industry referents (electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, structural) to provide engineering, automation, structure) in order to provide the best possible quotations for the projects while optimizing costs.
Your main tasks :
- Analysis of technical files;
- Creation and follow-up of costing files for projects;
- Consultation of suppliers;
- Preparation of technical bids;
- Participation in technical and/or commercial clarification meetings with the customer;
- Participation in project launch and completion meetings.
You will primarily interact with suppliers, and if necessary also with our customers, in order to define the scope of projects and any partners required.
You will prepare the quotation on Excel and write the technical part of the offer to the customer on Word according to templates.
You are interested in studies and project management in the technical fields of electricity and industrial instrumentation.
You're known for your reliability, you like working with figures and you're able to synthesize information.
