Working within the MEI department, under the authority of the Project Manager and the technical coordinators, you will participate in the development of control plans to guarantee the availability, reliability and ongoing performance of equipment, while minimizing the costs and risks associated with their use. To this end, your main tasks will be to;
- Collect additional technical information from various sources (customers, suppliers, internet searches, etc.) on equipment maintenance and spare parts:
- Ensure the validity, traceability and consistency of the documentation used;
- Annotate and update process diagrams (PFD, PID);
- Organize equipment lists into functional structures;
- Participate in equipment criticality assessment;
- Analyze equipment to determine specific maintenance requirements;
- Draw up preventive maintenance plans;
- Define recommendations concerning spare parts required;
- Write and update maintenance procedures;
- Participate in technical meetings;
- Ensure effective communication and regular follow-up of technical exchanges with line management.
Some travel will be required for the position, in France or abroad, for up to 4 weeks.
- You are skilled in industrial maintenance (electricity, instrumentation and mechanics) and have already worked in an industrial environment.
- You are rigorous, autonomous and enjoy teamwork.
Technical skills:
- Computer / office skills: Pack Office.
- Technical English, oral and written.
- Knowledge of database management and analysis.
- Knowledge of CMMS software (SAP, etc.) a plus.
