International Payroll Administrator

Local contract (in accordance with the legislation of the country)

Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, you ensure the monthly preparation of pay slips of expatriates and local employees for the various subsidiaries of the group.

Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Collect and check personnel time sheets
  • Review, verify, and reconcile hours worked, overtime, permanence, absences, etc. vs plannings
  • Process and issue employee pay slips
  • Generate electronic payment files
  • Assist and support employees (payments, certifications)
  • Process monthly closing data for accounting
  • Participate in the department projects
  • Support the group subsidiaries (payroll audit and control)
  • Prepare and send customer invoices on the basis of payroll data (invoicing related to manpower contracts)


  • You graduated in business administration, HR or accounting (Bac +2) and have at least 3 years of professional experience with a first successful experience in payroll administration
