  • Have a good understanding of MOG HSE rules
  • Understand MOG policies and apply them
  • Advise, while permit to work planning, specific measures to establish and ensures tools adequacy
  • Participate Toolbox Meeting to make aware the team of related risk issues and mitigation measures
  • Ensure that employees under your responsibility have the required skill


  • Execute the maintenance intervention activities which are placed under your responsibility, with particular reference to the Gas Turbine GT 300,including

- Plan and prepare work to be executed in the field

- Coordinate the acquisition of material needed for the turbine maintenance routines

- Daily inspections according to preventive maintenance plan

- Perform hands-on workshop and / or on-site troubleshooting

  • Field Service work as needed based on work load
  • Monitor the functioning of utilities and equipment placed under your responsibility
  • Carry out, at the Supervisor request, any intervention within your field of competence
  • Take in charge the systems under your responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation status
  • Assist VENDOR / OEM Specialists during their Site Missions


  • Contribute in writing professional reports concerning technical issues related to Gas Turbine
  • Provide feedback to improve the given procedures (related to MIE) in order to ensure the highest standards of quality
  • Issue close-out-report with comment about quantity and type of spare parts, tools/special tools, men-hours, issue encountered - if any


  • Perform testing and complete all QA / QC documentation as required


  • As a field service specialist, you will be an expert in Gas Turbine equipment
  • Fully conversant with Mechanical, Instrumentation and electrical requirement within the Gas Turbine boundary limits
  • You ensures that maintenance operations under your responsibility are carried out in strict accordance with the COMPANY’s current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing the quality of maintenance operations, within his field, carried out on site by the CONTRACTOR
  • You guarantee a good level of availability of the equipment


  • Higher National Diploma or Certificate or equivalent in Power Generation (turbines)
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations
  • Knowledgeable about process of oil and gas treatment, installations and related equipment
  • Acquaintance with Permit to Work (PTW) system
  • Basic Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Well versed in the controls and logic side of the GT300s as well as in the instrumentation side of the Gas Turbines
  • Proven track record as a service representative with a history of little to no on site support in place during fault diagnosis.
