Under the responsibility of the IT System Manager and in collaboration with the other IT Team Managers, she or he is in charge to provide IT support to employees.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To process incident and service request submitted by users
  • To provide support and guidance to customer
  • To liaise with other department in order to get incident and service request solved

DESCRIPTION

  • To process incident and service request
  • Solve incident and prioritize based on emergency level
  • Complete service request
  • Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques
  • Report on problems with proper analysis
  • To provide support and guidance to customer
  • Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance
  • Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
  • Explain and train users on how to use applications
  • To liaise with other department
  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support
  • Fill in the appropriate data in applications
  • Provide needed information on IT Products or services

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • IT related diploma
  • At least 1 year professional experience
  • Spoken languages: fluent English mandatory, French, Italian is a plus
