Key missions

We are looking for an intuitive and engaging individual to become the Group Communication Manager.

The role demands a highly motivated, organized and creative individual able to develop and implement communications for internal and external audiences, to deliver compelling content that drives engagement internally and enhances Dietsmann’s external reputation.


  • Translate the principles of the Dietsmann Corporate communication policy in all areas of employment and service delivery.
  • Act as a communication business partner and trusted adviser to our stakeholders (internal clients and partners) to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications – helping them share news in a clear, concise, factual and engaging way with our people, globally.
  • Write compelling content for the website, digital newsletters, print publications and social networking sites.
  • Create innovative communication protocols and initiatives to drive engagement
  • Develop an understanding of short- and long-term department goals and planned initiatives.
  • Demonstrate the effective and efficient use of the full range of resources used in and by Dietsmann including time, finances, staffing, equipment, information, materials, etc.
  • Ensure consistency in terms of voice, branding, messaging and frequency of posting via digital channels.
  • Develop and deliver well-executed and effective campaigns that will help further organizational goals.
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all communication materials.
  • Design campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs.
  • Adjust and communicate plan changes as necessary to ensure costs for materials, media, and labour are in line with the budget for a specific campaign.
  • Integrate communication strategy guidelines as per management decisions.
  • Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends to foster ideas and innovation
  • Act as a company brand champion, ensuring that internal/external communications reflect our brand and messaging
  • Play an active role in Monaco office events, culture and engagement

Candidate profile

  • Academic background in communication or related area.
  • Proven experience in internal/external communication or a marketing role
  • Experience of handling complex communication campaigns
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, able to compose engaging and accurate content
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends and feature in digital/social media

  • Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction
  • Strive for continuous improvement in work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and re-prioritize as needed

  • Proficiency in both French and English, a 3rd language is a plus
