Key missions

  • You will be responsible for implementing the carefully defined HR policy set by our Group and supervised by our headquarters in Monaco.
  • Your central role will involve efficiently overseeing and coordinating the five-person HR team in France to ensure optimal efficiency in our HR activities.
  • You will be the preferred advisor for operational staff, bringing your expertise and in-depth knowledge in key HR areas, including social legislation, professional training, compensation, and more.
  • You will ensure proper administrative management of personnel records, which includes accurately handling employment contracts and amendments, as well as managing certificates and official documents. This will also involve monitoring medical visits, sick leave, and work accidents.
  • You will be responsible for driving the development of human resources within our French entity. This includes implementing effective training programs, recruiting talents, and implementing career management strategies.
  • You will also play a crucial role in maintaining quality social relationships. You will animate the employee representative institutions, foster open dialogue with labor unions, and actively participate in collective bargaining agreement negotiations. Your diplomacy, attentive listening, and conflict resolution skills will contribute to maintaining a harmonious work environment.
  • You will be responsible for accurately controlling payroll administration elements.
  • You will handle disciplinary cases in accordance with established procedures. Your rigor and sense of justice will ensure fair treatment of these delicate situations while preserving the integrity of our company.
  • You will be responsible for providing regular and comprehensive reporting of HR activities to the Group Human Resources Department. This detailed monitoring will enable the HR Department to make informed and strategic decisions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our practices and the achievement of our HR objectives.

Candidate profile

  • You hold a Master degree in Human Resources, Management Sciences, Labor Law, or Social Law.
  • You have at least 5 years of successful experience on a Human Resources Manager role, ideally in a multi-site and technical context (industry, energy, chemistry, transportation, etc.).
  • You demonstrate diplomacy, empathy, and active listening skills, enabling you to be the preferred interlocutor for both management and employees (technicians, engineers, support functions).
  • Your pragmatism and precision make you an excellent manager.
  • Your interpersonal skills allow you to confidently navigate international environments as well as human scale environments.
  • Professional English required.
