We are looking to hire an Application Support Technician to join our IT departement under the responsability of the Application Manager.
RESPONSABILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
- Users support: Ensuring that our applications are 100% accessible and working properly, solving day to day users’ issues (connection trouble, access rights);
- Collaborating with external companies (application publisher) to solve the users’ encountered issues if needed;
- Maintaining the application up to date;
- Ensuring that the back-up maintenance plan in place is well completed every day to avoid data loss;
- Adjusting Business Objects reports to meet the user’s needs.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- SQL and/or Data warehouse basics;
- SAP/Business objects or reporting tool;
- Experience with an ERP application will be a plus.
OTHER SKILLS
- Fast Learner;
- Problem solving mindset;
- Business intelligence and/or Accounting knowledge would be a plus.
