GAS COMPRESSOR SPECIALIST

Main Responsibilities 

• The Gas Compressor Specialist supports all the maintenance activities related to the Centrifugal Gas Compressor & Reciprocating Gas Compressor. He is in contact with the Mechanical technical department in order to share any technical information that could be useful for the maintenance of the equipment.
• Responsible to schedule, prepare and perform all the maintenance preventive and corrective maintenance related to the Gas Compressor. 
• Performs on site the maintenance operations level 3, 4 and 5, which are placed under his responsibility.
• Responsible to review and assess the necessary spare parts and consumable for each activity.
• Ensures that all maintenances and repairs are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and in strict compliance with Company operating procedures and any relevant statutory legislation in order to maintain all such equipment in sound and safe operating condition.
• Permit to work management.
• RLO (Start-up Operation Meeting).
• Report to implement in the CMMS SAP.

HSE Responsibilities 

• Applies all Group QHSE procedures and environmental instructions.
• Informs the RQHSE all dangerous situations encountered.
• He is responsible for the implementation of general safety for himself and for the staff that is assigned.

Profile

• 10 years of experience for Centrifugal Gas Compressor.
• Experience in Oil & Gas (would be appreciated).
• Thermodyn RC9-8B, RB8B, RB8, experience (would be appreciated).
• Bundle replacement experience (would be appreciated).
• Fluent in French
