Gather & report necessary information from technical documentation to build equipment hierarchy breakdown
Recover on client site the missing information from documentation (name plates, equipment tag, manufacturer name, model of equipment, characteristics…)
Elaborate spare parts / Bill Of Material BOM recommendations for equipment identified in the equipment hierarchy according to manufacturer & client specifications
Define spare parts SAP characteristics according to client specifications
Follow objectives set up with Asset hierarchy & Spare part leaders according to the planning and scope of work
Ensure commitment to all HSE rules & requested behavior to adopt on an Industrial Oil & Gas site
Candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical fields
At least 5 years’ experience in physical asset verification, data collection developing BOMs, Equipment Database & Hierarchy with a minimum of 3 years in Oil & Gas Industry.
Good mastering of MS Office is mandatory (Excel / Word)
