Key missions

For a new project in Angola with ENI we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality control processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and train a team. The Quality Supervisor will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement in our products and processes.


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.


3. Lead a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and efficient execution of quality control activities.


4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential areas of non-compliance.


5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues, providing recommendations and implementing corrective actions as needed.


6. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.


7. Train employees on quality control procedures, ensuring a consistent understanding and implementation of quality standards.


8. Analyze data and generate reports on quality trends and performance indicators to facilitate decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.


9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices, incorporating best practices into our processes.


10. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement, promoting awareness and accountability at all levels of the organization.



Candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

2. Proven experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

3. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.

5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.

8. Proficient in using quality control software and tools.

9. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

10. Continuous improvement mindset, with a commitment to driving quality excellence throughout the organization.

11. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
