Automation Technician

Key missions

You want to take on exciting technical challenges and develop your skills within an international group as an automation engineer? In collaboration with the Head of the Automation Department, you will be involved in the study and production of automation systems according to the specifications and applicable standards. You will have the opportunity to work on international projects and acquire field experience on construction sites.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:
• Study specifications, standards and specifications applicable to the project
• Define equipment and develop documents applicable to projects and the discipline
• Define equipment in collaboration with the purchasing department
• Ensure deliverables according to business schedules
• Carry out programming on PLC
• Create supervision systems
• Ensure controls, measurements and tests
• Carry out technical receptions with the customer, subcontractors and manufacturers
• Ensure installation and commissioning on the customer site
• Train customer operators on the equipment supplied
• Ensure technical interfaces with the customer
• Guarantee the production, updating and conservation of study files
• Deliver projects according to business schedules
• Respect procedures implemented in the department
• Respond to calls for tenders


Candidate profile

  • Minimum two-year degree in automation with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial environment
  • Software knowledge:
    - ROCKWELL: Studio5000/FactoryTalkStudio
    - SIEMENS: TIA Portal
    - SCHNEIDER: EcoStruxure
    - DELTA V / HIMA / GE IP / ABB.
  • Essential knowledge in industrial automation.
  • Skills in industrial computing and telecommunications networks are real assets
  • Mastery of technical English.
  • Voluntary and dynamic, you show initiative.
  • Availability to carry out missions abroad (advantageous bonuses)
