Key missions
As a Project Manager
you have to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in
accordance with safety and environmental standards.
You should possess an experience with Computerized Maintenance Management
Systems (CMMS) to manage and optimize maintenance activities, such as
scheduling equipment inspections, generating work orders, and tracking
maintenance history. With your CMMS experience you should be able to implement
and maintain the system, ensuring that it is effectively utilized by the
maintenance engineering team.
Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about preventive maintenance
strategies, equipment reliability, root cause analysis, and shutdown/turnaround
planning. This expertise is essential for efficiently managing maintenance
projects and ensuring that equipment and assets are properly maintained to
minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Specific tasks:
- Management / Expert in Spare Part Engineering activity, advanced knowledge in documentation analysis (P&IDs, SLDs, Gas, Datasheets, vendor documents…)
- Advanced knowledge in O&G equipment documentation analysis (P&IDs, SLDs, Gas, Datasheets, vendor documents…)
- O&G site experience to conduct data collection, surveys, audits in safe way.
- Analysis of existing client documentation to identify Asset database discrepancies
- P&IDs mark-up to identify missing equipment tag / creation of tags as per client standard
- On site data collection using ATEX tablets
Candidate profile
• Educational background engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, O&G)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in O&G Maintenance & project management.
• Ability to manage multi cultural employees.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to undertake cost and pricing analysis.
• Strong customer, supplier, and partner management negotiation and facilitation skills.
• A high level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
