Key missions
Based in Dubai
Office, the Senior Accountant is responsible for the accountancy of the
supervised entities, according to the standards of the countries, covering
accounting, taxes, payroll and social aspects.
You will work on various legal entities located in the Middle East
Region or in Africa and work closely with interlocutors based in the subsidiaries
(Operational and admin staff).
Reporting
to the Chief Accountant and Financial Controller based in the headquarters in
Monaco, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General
Bookkeeping :
- Receive and checks
accounting information from subsidiaries
- Prepare Sales invoices
for all operational projects
- Record and classifies
accounting documents in accordance with accounting principles (IFRS)
- Prepare the
monthly reconciliations (bank, petty cash, payroll, tax, assets...)

Establish the
Intercompanies rebill
- Prepare
analytical follow-up and follows margin
- Perform balance sheet
reviews, participates in the preparation of audit files and Financial Statements, and liaises with
auditors
Analytical
Bookkeeping:

Monthly review and
analysis of revenue and costs allocated to each project
- Give explanations on
main variances

You
will participate to administrative projects such as implementing new IT tools
or reinforcing internal controls
Candidate profile
- Master degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in an Accounting firm or International Company
- Strong knowledge in general accounting
- High level of Excel is required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Good team spirit and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Availability to travel to Headquarter or Subsidiaries if required
- One-year fixed-term contract, renewable if successful
