Under the responsibility of the company Electrical Supervisor you will carry out maintenance, assemble, install inspections, regulations, calibrations and set up controls of plant explosion proof electrical equipment in particular:
Perform, periodically functionality tests of electrical system, machines, and control panels.
Operate on machines, control panels and power lines, finding defects and breakdowns, restoring connections, earth network or replacing line sections. Work out corrections for remove defects.
Operate on Power Station or Plant Control room boards, selecting and checking circuits and equipment by means of specific test equipment and complex manuals and diagrams.
To carry out test runs and final inspections of overhauled, repaired or replaced electrical instruments.
To troubleshoot any fault of electrical circuits by means of specific testing equipment and by referring to complex manuals and diagrams.
Assisting out local staff by conducting on-job-training.
Participate in commissioning and start up phases of Plants improvement and new installation, as well as maintenance.
Perform maintenance of Electrical equipment, circuits, JB as per ATEX norms and regulation.
Collaborate with Electrical Supervisor in order to define the need of electrical material, tools, spare parts and equipment, and provide adequate feed-back of maintenance operations performed.
At least with 10 years’ experience on electric power distribution and in general on electrical maintenance activities; knowledge of power distribution systems, power production plants, auxiliary equipment, and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawing and wiring diagrams, even of a complicated nature.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills & customer relation skills.
Complete and deliver accurate reports and information as required.
