As part of an HR team of more than 30 people
and reporting to the Group Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in
recruiting our expatriate technical teams. You will support our field projects
by identifying, assessing, and guiding top talent (supervisors, technicians,
coordinators, etc.) in a multicultural and operational environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and analyze recruitment needs communicated by Project Managers in subsidiaries (technical environment, equipment, operational contexts).
- Write and publish job advertisements on our career site and partner job boards.
- Actively source technical profiles via LinkedIn, our internal database, and your network.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ technical and behavioral skills, and present well-argued shortlists to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate initial mobilization steps with Logistics, HR, and Training teams to ensure timely onboarding of new hires on site.
- Enter candidate data into our applicant tracking system (CVReAd) and monitor the integration process of new recruits.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects: tender responses, internal mobility management, HR reporting, etc.
Candidate profile
- Master’s degree (Business School, HR Master’s or equivalent)
- Proven initial experience in recruitment, ideally with technical or
industrial profiles.
- Strong interest in international environments and field-based
roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a variety
of stakeholders (technicians, engineers, project/contract managers,
country managers, administrative staff, etc.).
- Team spirit, rigor, service mindset, and ability to manage multiple
files simultaneously.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
(working languages)
