Key missions
Within the HSE department, in collaboration with the Project HSE Manager, you will be responsible to ensure the smooth running of multi-technical services on our customer's ITER site.
In this capacity, your missions are as follows:
- You will support the operational teams in the HSE approach;
- Enforce HSE rules and promote the company's HSE culture on a daily basis. culture;
- You participate in the drafting of HSE documents (DU, PPSPS, PRE, procedures, instructions, field documentation) and verify their application;
- You carry out HSE inspections and field audits;
- You lead HSE training sessions and talks;
- You take part in risk assessments of the day-to-day activities of operational and take the necessary action to resolve them;
- You carry out the HSE induction of new arrivals (organic or temporary staff, subcontractors);
- You contribute to the monitoring and periodic regulatory verification of PPE and HSE equipment and chemical risk prevention;
- You take part in investigations following HSE events.
Candidate profile

Graduated in HSE, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally with an initial experience in construction and public works
- Knowledge of the ITER site or other nuclear site is a plus
- Knowledge of HSE regulations
- Mastery of Pack Office
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal skills, pedagogical skills, initiative, autonomy
- Aptitude for field work
- Electrical risks, working at heights, confined spaces, risks associated with co-activity, etc.
- Knowledge of HSE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and MASE) is a plus.
