Under the supervision of the Operations and Maintenance Tendering Manager, you are responsible for the prequalification and management of tenders for operation and maintenance projects in the energy sector.
Review tender specifications, identify the scope of work and key strategic information, including:
Organizational chart (defined or to be designed)
Site location (onshore and/or offshore)
Transportation means
Tool requirements (including special tools), consumables, materials, and equipment (including special equipment)
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including special PPE (gas detectors, briefing devices)
Responsibility matrix for maintenance activities (levels 1 to 5)
Provisions made by the company and those made by the contractor
Collaborate with the relevant subsidiary to define the implementation strategy in line with the contract objectives.
Describe the O&M methodology applied by Dietsmann for each project, taking into account technical specifications and client requirements (preparation of the technical proposal).
Select and qualify Dietsmann’s past experience in similar contracts to build a strong “reference list.”
Evaluate and quantify the resources and means required for the proper execution of the scope of work.
Collect the necessary information for commercial and cost estimation aspects from the various corporate departments involved (Finance, HR, Legal, HSE) and from the subsidiary.
Ensure that insurance, taxation, exchange rate, inflation, and cash flow requirements are estimated and/or validated, with the necessary financial approvals.
Organize and monitor coordination meetings with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking of the tender progress.
Respond to client clarification requests and update the technical and commercial offer accordingly
Engineering degree (preferably in industrial disciplines) or business school degree, with initial successful experience in a tendering or pre-sales department, ideally in a technical sector.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all types of stakeholders, including at executive level.
Strong sense of rigor, organization, anticipation, analytical skills, curiosity, and proactivity.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven ability in risk anticipation and cost estimation, with experience managing complex projects.
Proficiency in estimation techniques and tools, as well as maintenance methodologies relevant to the energy sector.
Ability to manage multiple and demanding deadlines.
Excellent skills in handling several projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English and French; a third language is an asset.
