Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement production planning strategies and processes to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
2. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules accordingly.
3. Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring that resources, such as labor, equipment, and materials, are effectively allocated.
4. Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays, taking proactive measures to address issues and minimize disruptions.
5. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components needed for production.
6. Implement and maintain inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking and management of stock levels.
7. Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify excess or obsolete inventory and develop strategies for its disposal or repurposing.
8. Collaborate with quality control and operations teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and proactively address any quality-related issues.

9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning and inventory control, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
10. Ensuring timely delivery of materials and resolving any supply-related issues.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production planning and inventory control, incorporating best practices and new technologies into our processes.
12. Prepare and present reports on production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to contract Administrator, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control roles.
3. Strong knowledge of operations management principles, practices, and techniques.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
