Within the Electrical Department, under the authority of the Discipline Manager or the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall organization and smooth execution of worksites, ensuring completion within the agreed deadlines.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Preparing worksites and operations (tools, equipment, consumables, etc.);
Supervising and coordinating on-site activities;
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations;
Planning tasks and allocating the necessary resources to meet project deadlines;
Managing site material supply and logistics;
Managing and leading on-site teams, including subcontractors;
Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including clients and management;
Ensuring the quality of workmanship in accordance with technical specifications;
Managing issues and challenges arising on site and proposing appropriate solutions;
Maintaining accurate records of site activities, working hours, and materials used;
Contributing to project cost control.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and applicable regulations in the sector;
Proven team management and communication skills;
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Solid theoretical and practical training in engineering, electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment;
Previous experience in a supervisory role on construction or industrial sites.
