Electrical Designer

Key missions

Within the Electrical Department, and in collaboration with the Electrical Discipline Manager, in our New Works Division, your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing and carrying out electrical studies in line with standards and customer requirements (schematics using See Electrical or AutoCAD);

• Defining purchasing conditions and monitoring specific technical aspects;

• Acting as an interface with the workshop and site execution teams;

• Contributing to the preparation of additional works;

• Taking part in project-related meetings;

• Performing tests and commissioning both in the workshop and on-site;

• Ensuring regular and comprehensive follow-up, and reporting to management;

• Supporting the Department Manager in his activities: scheduling, project meetings, client meetings, coordination with other departments, deliverables control, etc.;

• Providing occasional support across all project sites. 

Candidate profile

• Software: SEE Electrical Expert, CANECO, AutoCAD, SEPAM (SFT 2841 or equivalent);

• Proficiency in technical English;

• Strong knowledge of industrial electricity (experience in HV would be an asset);

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Academic and practical background in engineering, electrical studies, or a related industrial technical field;

• Willingness to take part in international assignments.
