Within the Automation Department, and reporting to the Automation Manager, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of automation systems in accordance with specifications and applicable standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Designing and carrying out studies in your area(s) of expertise, in line with standards and customer requirements;
Defining purchasing conditions and monitoring specific technical aspects;
Acting as an interface with the workshop and on-site implementation teams;
Contributing to the preparation of additional works;
Taking part in project-related meetings;
Performing testing and commissioning both in the workshop and on-site;
Ensuring regular, comprehensive follow-up and reporting;
Supporting the Department Manager in various activities: schedule management, project meetings, client meetings, coordination with other departments, deliverables review, cost estimation, etc.;
Providing occasional on-site support across all projects.
Strong knowledge of industrial automation is essential;
Skills in industrial IT and telecommunications networks are an asset;
Apply and ensure compliance with the Group’s QHSE procedures and environmental guidelines;
Proficiency in IT tools and project management software;
Good command of technical English.
Theoretical and practical training in automation, with at least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
