Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, promoting, and ensuring compliance with the QHSE policy of the France subsidiary.
HSE
Take part in pre-site preparation meetings;
Check equipment/installations and ensure their compliance;
Conduct HSE inspections for both the company and subcontractors;
Contribute to the drafting and validation of operating procedures and prevention plans;
Record anomalies and manage prevention plans;
Train employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and HSE induction;
Support HSE reporting for the French client.
QUALITY
Contribute to Quality reporting;
Participate in QHSE service audits;
Collaborate on maintaining QHSE documentation;
Support the development of tools (KIZEO).
Training in QHSE (Quality, Health & Safety, Environment);
Multi-technical skills and experience in an industrial environment;
Expertise in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental protection;
Knowledge of national and local QHSE regulations;
Ability to conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures;
Proficiency in IT tools;
Strong communication and training skills;
Proficiency in English.
