Defining and drafting methodologies (guidelines, etc.)
Formalizing internal project processes (tools, methods, etc.)
Ensuring teams understand and properly apply methodologies and project processes

Monitoring objectives defined by the department manager
Reporting results
Identifying/anticipating deviations and proposing corrective actions
