Technical coordinator

Key missions

• Multi-project Technical Coordination (liaising with department managers/leads / technical teams / subject-matter engineers)

• Defining methodologies and processes

• Monitoring achievement of objectives (quantitative, qualitative, and scheduling) with related reporting

• Contributing to project execution and progress

• Supporting continuous improvement of processes and tools required to meet objectives (interface with the Methods & Production department)

Role Details

Technical Coordination

• Taking into account project priorities and objectives set by department managers and team leaders

• Aligning project strategies across the different subject-matter engineers in line with overall project technical coordination

• Providing support and guidance to technical teams

Methodologies / Processes

• Defining and drafting methodologies (guidelines, etc.)

• Formalizing internal project processes (tools, methods, etc.)

• Ensuring teams understand and properly apply methodologies and project processes

Achievement of Objectives

• Monitoring objectives defined by the department manager

• Reporting results

• Identifying/anticipating deviations and proposing corrective actions

Contribution to Project Execution and Progress

• Assisting managers and team leaders with quality control of deliverables

• Taking responsibility for specific activities linked to project progress

• Supporting technical teams in production tasks

Continuous Improvement of Processes and Resources

• Proposing improvements to optimize production

• Participating in the definition and implementation of tools or methodologies based on project priorities and objectives

Candidate profile

You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) or an engineering degree with a specialization in Electricity, Instrumentation, or Mechanics, and you have an initial experience in industrial maintenance.
A solid command of Excel and a good level of technical English are essential for this role.
Familiarity with CMMS tools would be a strong asset.
The key qualities required for this position are rigor, organizational skills, and a methodical approach.
