Key missions

As an international tax specialist, you will be a member of Dietsmann's in-house Tax Team comprising 2 members, located at Dietsmann's shared service center in Monaco. The members of the Tax Team report to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and work in close collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).


As an in-house international tax specialist, your main responsibilities include :


Compliance :

  • Manage, structure, optimize, and review the preparation and optimization of tax returns in the different countries where Dietsmann operates.
  • Prepare for and manage tax audits, liaising with local tax authorities as needed.
  • Develop, prepare, and implement transfer pricing policies in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
  • Maintain and prepare transfer pricing documentation to support intercompany pricing arrangements and respond to tax authority inquiries.
  • Proactively update policies and procedures to align with regulatory changes.

Advisory :

  • Provide expert advice on tax planning strategies, including cross-border transactions, permanent establishment risks, and treaty benefits.

Interpersonal :

  • Collaborate with financial controllers to analyze tax risks and their impact on projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external advisors, local tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Country Managers and internal departments on tax matters (including Finance, Legal, and Tendering).

Candidate profile

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in international taxation and at least 5 years of experience in international tax advisory, compliance, or similar roles.

Proficiency in international tax frameworks, including OECD guidelines, double taxation treaties, transfer pricing and international tax audits.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a simple and understandable format.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Strategic planning skills to anticipate tax risks and identify growth opportunities.

Fluent English and French required.

Frequent travels abroad is part of the job.
