Key missions
Within our HR department, and under the authority of the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the national and international mobility of our employees, ensuring smooth, compliant, and cost‑effective travel and assignment processes.
As such, your main responsibilities will include:
- Organizing employee travel arrangements (air/train tickets, hotels, car rentals, etc.);
- Verifying consistency between quotations and invoices, and validating all mobility‑related invoices;
- Managing visa applications and ensuring the validity of all required logistical documents (passports, vaccinations, mission orders, etc.);
- Handling the administrative follow‑up of employees on assignment:
- Monitoring expatriate medical check‑ups;
- Maintaining logistics tracking tables for ongoing projects;
- Updating and consolidating overall mobility schedules.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree (2–3 years of higher education) in Administrative Management or HR Assistance, with proven experience in international mobility;
- Good knowledge of administrative processes related to travel and assignments;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
