Job title: HSE Coordinator
You will support the efforts of Dietsmann Group to ensure health, safety and environmental protection in our production base and in the DietsmannEnergoremont's clients teritory in Radnevo area.
Job Duties:
- Organize, coordinate and supervise activities to ensure healthy and safe working conditions while fully respecting the requirements of the legal framework and the rules of the Dietsmann International Group
- Responsible for the correct execution of the various instructions; conducts trainings, simulations, presentations and more
- Evaluate occupational risks and develop programs to prevent the risk to the life and health of workers
- Keep accountability for occupational accidents and illness and participate in their analyzes and proceed with sertain corrective actions
- Organize trainings, develop and implement qualification and re-qualification programs
- Provide the necessary communication with control bodies and organizations related to safety at work, environmental protection, fire and emergency safety
- Create and maintain the required regulatory documentation
Essential experience and job requirements
- Higher technical education
- In-depth knowledge and interests in the area of health and safety at work
- In-depth knowledge and interests in the area of health and safety at work
- Past experience of a similar position in mines, energy or manufacturing
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate activities
- Communication skills, insistence, action-oriented approach
- Computer literacy
