Group Sustainability Manager

Key missions

Core Management

  • Lead and manage the Group Sustainability team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Oversee the Corporate Net Zero program, driving progress toward sustainability goals.
  • Oversee the development and publication of Dietsmann’s CSR/ESG report and ESG performance disclosure reports.

Compliance & Strategy

  • Ensure full adherence to Sustainable Development rules across the Group.

  • Guarantee compliance with applicable ESG regulations and standards.

  • Propose and track annual Sustainability targets, ensuring accountability and progress.

 Operational & Reporting

  • Conduct Corporate audits and coordinate with the Group HSE Manager for global HSEQ reporting.

  • Monitor and update group SD documentation and perform regulation monitoring (e.g., Taxonomy, CSRD).

  • Represent the Group in clients’ meetings or workshops on GHG emissions reduction programs.

 Stakeholder Engagement

  • Organize the annual Sustainability team meeting/seminar.

  • Manage Sustainable Development responses to tenders.

  • Assist or represent the Group Sustainability & HSEQ Director in key missions.


Candidate profile

  • Engineer or master’s degree in Sustainability or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience in climate goal deployment, sustainability, environmental programs, or related technical roles.
  • Working knowledge of GRI, SDGs, SBTi, CDP reporting, GHG Protocol, and global sustainability standards.
  • Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology is a plus.
  • Proven experience in implementing ESG management programs.
  • Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English and French
